customer. Please contact us in the event your concerns

How do you prevent cheating on your
servers?
We support the latest anti-cheat methods such as HLGuard
and Cheating Death
Plugins such as Adminmod and
StatsMe
may be installed as well.
When do I pay?
Fees are paid on a monthly basis, starting with the first day the service is
paid for. All credit card orders will be securely processed through 2Checkout.
For our Bargain of the Month and Unlimited Package, user pays for the first month and the last month in advance. For example
if you purchase either one of these packages on February and decide to cancel the service in April, you receive
our service until May because you have paid us for the 'last month' when you first ordered.
Why am I billed from "2checkout" instead
of "BSHX?"
Our billing system is provided by 2Checkout. 2Checkout is
the leading online distribution center for over 300,000 digital
products and services. 2Checkout handles the sale in a secure environment preventing fraud and protecting
users' private financial information in 2Checkout's secure server.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do not require our clients to sign a contract; however, all clients pay
for the first month and last month for the bargain of the month and unlimited
package as stated above. All members are required to agree
to our Terms of Service.
How long does it take for my account
to be activated?
Depending on the account, it can take anywhere from 3 hours to 5 business days after payment is processed.
Unlimited Packages take a little bit longer then our other packages because
our technicians assemble a brand new server just for you and make sure all the hardware and software is installed
and working correctly.
I don't have a credit card, what other methods of payment
is there?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands.
We also accept online check payments but you need to contact us
prior to doing so.
Can I change my account type at any time?
Yes.
Will I be allowed to install new maps or plugins?
Yes, your servers are hosted on your very own non-shared computer for bargain of the month
and unlimited package. You are free to install any plugins and new maps but please note
that some plugins use an extensive amount of cpu power and might affect your server(s) in
performance. You are free to do anything with your server(s) but keep the terms in
mind and don't abuse your FTP privileges.
I don't play CS. It's is all about Quake. CS Sucks!
Our unlimited package supports many online games such as Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat,
Natural Selection, Soldier of Fortune, Battlefield 1942, Wolfenstein, and Unreal Tournament.
If users have a burning desire for another game not hosted by bshX, please contact
us and we can discuss adding your game to our services. Currently, we are actually
discussing adding a few new games. Your request may help us in our decision.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing scheme is set up to allow clients the best deal from our larger
public server prices and keep in mind that your servers are hosted on non-shared
computers. See our products section for more details.
What's the catch?
Huh? No, no catch. The prices you see on the products
section is exactly what you'll pay. Nothing more, nothing less. It's right there
in white and grey. =) If you're talking about fine print, then read that here.
Why are you called bshX?
You pay us to buy our servers. Our servers are your bishes. =)
Why should I choose bshX's service
again? (I'm slow)
Most of our customers are customers who have had bad experiences with other server providers. All the other
server providers over sell their products, meaning they put 5-6 clients all in one compact computer. This greatly
affects your server and you experience extreme choke and packet loss and lag during your important scrims and matches.
Do not let their test servers/ips fool you since all their test ips are on machines that are always empty and don't
have other client servers hosted on it.
Remember, your server will be hosted on a non-shared computer. The whole computer is yours and yours only!
