This is a FAQ to help customers who have already purchased a server
and need a little more general information. Please contact
us in the event your concerns are not addressed.

Do you have any hidden fees?
Absolutely not.
How long does it take for my account to be
activated?
Depending on the account, it can take anywhere from 3 hours to 5 business days after payment is processed. Unlimited
Packages take a little bit longer then our other packages because our technicians assemble a brand new server just for you
and make sure all the hardware and software is installed and working correctly.
How do I get Adminmod admin access?
By default, your server will have FTP access. You may either ask us or modify
the users.ini file yourself so you may use Adminmod commands.
Can I upgrade my account at any time?
To upgrade/downgrade your account, please contact us.
What happens if you upgrade plans after I have ordered?
Accounts will not generally be affected by newer pricing rates. Please consult
the Terms of Service for more information about this.
How does the FTP work?
Most of the necessary information regarding bandwidth and disk space has already
been e-mailed to you. If it hasn't, it will in the near future. Keep in mind
that users found with content besides maps and plugins in their FTP accounts
will be breaching of the Terms of Service.
Oops, I need to cancel. What do I do?
For more details, see the terms. Otherwise, cancellation must be submitted
10 days before the next payment period. To cancel next-month service, send an
email to sales@bshx.com with the subject
[USER NAME] [PASSWORD] and in the body, please write a short reason for
your cancellation.
I need to configure my server to a certain
league setting! What do I do??
Most leagues provide their own league config. Just download their
config and upload it via FTP. By default, BSHX provides the most popular
league config files already in their packages.
I changed a few settings; now I need
to restart the server. What do I do?
Just type in rcon quit in the console.
Your server will automatically restart in a minute and load all the new configurations.
My server got suspended?? What do I do now?
Please contact us
to find out the exact reason. It could be because you violated our Terms
of Service or because payment has not been received. It could even be an
error!
