contact us in the event your concerns are not addressed.
What is BSHX?
We are a online gaming dedicated server provider. We provide clans with
a balance between good service and affordable costs. We primarily specialize
in Counter Strike, but are very willing to move into other games if the client
base demands it. See our products section for more information.
What is your network bandwidth?
BSHX makes full use of redundancy, to ensure that there is no single point of failure in our connectivity to the Internet. We
utilize multiple links to the Internet, which currently consists of multiple Gigabit Ethernet fiber backbones into a range of
Tier 1 and 2 networks. Our transit providers include Verio, Global Crossing, MFN/Abovenet, Level3, He.net and the PAIX (Palo
Alto Internet eXchange). This level of connectivity ensures that a high level of reliability and redundancy is maintained by
BSHX. Our unmatched uptime guarantee ensures that your content always arrives to your audience, when they want it. What are these dedicated servers running on?

Can I upgrade my account?
Of course you can! Simply contact us
with what you would like to upgrade and we'll tell you how much it costs.
My server got suspended?? What do I do now?
Please contact us
to find out the exact reason. It could be because you violated our Terms of
Service or because payment has not been received. It could even be an error!
Do you offer backups?
Currently we do not offer backups of our servers.
Are you sponsoring clans?
The spot for clan sponsorship is currently filled. We plan to sponsor another
clan in the future. I urge all interested clan members visit us on irc.gamesnet.net
#BSHX and watch for updates. Clans must be large, active, and skillful
(officially ranked) to receive sponsorship. Most importantly, the clan must
earn the spot by showing us that they can provide us customers by doing exactly
that. Of course, you could always buy one of our affordable servers, as most
clans will do. Besides, our most eligible candidates are clans who have already
bought servers and show us that they can keep them full. We are looking for
publicity, not an empty server used once a day for a clan match.
